The EnsureMail Ultimate platform installs as Microsoft Exchange on your desktop, offering seamless integration with Outlook on both Windows and macOS. This enables full synchronization of emails, contacts, calendars, notes, and tasks between Outlook and webmail.
MS Outlook for MAC Setup for macOS:
Note that “New Outlook” mode will not work. If you have that enabled, click 'Outlook' on the Outlook menu and disable it to access the standard Outlook, which can connect to EnsureMail Ultimate as MS Exchange.
Open the Outlook app and click on Settings, then select Accounts
Add your email and click on Continue
In the DOMAIN\username field, enter your domain name\your email or ultimatesrvr.de\your email
Your password in the field below, and for the Server field, mail.'your domain name' or mail.ultimatesrvr.de
If you get a pop-up asking to allow Autodiscover, click on Allow, and to always Allow
Note: The mailbox may take one to two minutes to set up, depending on its size.
Click Done
