Spark Mail – Our Top Recommendation - Syncs mail and calendar 

1. Open the Spark Mail app. When prompted, enter your email address and tap Log In.

2. On the next screen, you’ll see fields for:

   • IMAP/SMTP Server

   • Email

   • Password

3. Do not enter your password yet. Instead, tap the X next to the IMAP/SMTP server field to see more options, then select Exchange.

4. Now enter your email and password.

5. You can skip the Spark Premium upgrade prompt by clicking on the X on the upper left corner.

   MS Outlook for Android 

   1. Install Microsoft Outlook

   • Open the Google Play Store

   • Search for Microsoft Outlook

   • Install the app and launch it

   2. Start Account Setup

   • On the welcome screen, tap Add Account

   • Enter your email address

   • Tap Continue

   3. Manual Setup Option

   Outlook will attempt auto-detection. When that fails or if you're setting up an IMAP account manually:

   • Tap the ? mark to “Set up account manually”

   • Then choose IMAP

   4. Enter IMAP Settings

   Incoming Mail (IMAP):

   • IMAP Hostname: mail.'your domain' or mail.ultimatesrvr.de 

   • IMAP Port: 993

   • Security Type: SSL/TLS

   • Username: your full email address

   • Password: your email password

   Outgoing Mail (SMTP):

   • SMTP Hostname: mail.'your domain' or mail.ultimatesrvr.de 

   • SMTP Port: 465 (SSL) 

   • Security Type: SSL/TLS 

   • Username: your full email address

   • Password: same as above

   5. Sign In

   • Tap Sign In or Done

   • If the credentials and server settings are correct, the account will be added

   6. Finish Setup

   • You can skip adding another account or add one

   • Inbox should now sync and be visible

   🧪 Troubleshooting Tips

   • Double-check credentials and server names — especially typos in hostname

To sync your EnsureMail Contacts and Calendar to your Android Contacts and Calendar:

Download the free DAVx⁵ - Calendar+ CalDAV app

Click Add Account

Select Advanced Login

Base URL: mail.'your domain name'

User name: 'Your email'

Password: 'Your email password'

Disregard the "No client certificate" and click on Login then Add Account on the next screen

Enable Calendar and Tasks within the CalDAV tab

Tap onCardDAV and enable Contacts and Global Address List

Tap on Refresh List and Synchronize now

Your Contacts and Calendar are now synced with your EnsureMail Ultimate:

If you check the Calendar app you will see an additional calendar with your email as a label

Same for Contacts, you will see all your personal and Global Address List
