Recommended App: Spark Mail (iOS & Android)
Spark Mail is our top recommendation for mobile email. It’s free and supports automatic setup of Exchange accounts using just your email and password.
Setup Instructions:

Download and open Spark Mail.

Tap Add Account, then choose Private Email Account.

Select Exchange.
-
Enter your email address and password.
-
On the next screen, enter a Title and your Name, then tap Done.
Note: Spark Mail also syncs your Exchange calendar into its built-in calendar feature.

Go to Settings > Mail > Mail Accounts

Tap Add Account, then select Other.
-
Under Mail, tap Add Mail Account.

Enter your Name, Email address, Password, and a Description (you can use your email address).
-
On the next screen, make sure IMAP is selected.
Incoming Mail Server:
-
Hostname:
mail.'your domain' or mail.ultimatesrvr.de -
Username: Your full email address

Password: Your email password
Outgoing Mail Server:
-
Hostname:
mail.'your domain' or mail.ultimatesrvr.de -
Username: Your full email address

Tap Next.

Once the information is verified, tap Save.
Outlook for iOS
1. Download Outlook
If you haven’t already:

Go to the App Store
-
Search for “Microsoft Outlook”

Download and install it
2. Open the App
-
Tap Outlook to launch it
-
On first launch, you’ll see a welcome screen
3. Start Adding an Account

Tap Add Account
-
Enter your email address
-
Tap Add Account again
4. Outlook Will Try to Auto-Configure
-
Tap “Not Exchange?” or “Set up account manually” when prompted
-
Select IMAP from the list of options
5. Enter IMAP Details
You’ll be prompted to fill in the following:
Incoming Mail (IMAP) settings:

IMAP Hostname:

Security: SSL/TLS

Username: your full email address

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) settings:

6. Tap Sign In
Outlook will verify the settings. If correct, it will proceed.
7. Complete Setup

Choose if you want to add another account

You can skip or enable notifications

That’s it — your inbox will start syncing
Troubleshooting

If login fails, double-check ports, spelling, or whether your provider requires App Passwords or two-factor authentication
Sync Exchange Contacts on iOS

Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts.

Tap Add Account, then select Other.

Under the Contacts section, tap Add CardDAV Account.

Enter the following details:

Server:
mail.'your domain' or mail.ultimatesrvr.de -
User Name: Your full email address

Password: Your email password
-
Description: You can use your domain name

Tap Next to verify the account.

When prompted whether to keep existing contacts on your phone, choose Accept.
Sync Exchange Calendar on iOS

Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts.

Tap Add Account, then select Other.

Under the Calendars section, tap Add CalDAV Account.

Enter the following details:

Server:
mail.'your domain' or mail.ultimatesrvr.de -
User Name: Your full email address

Password: Your email password
-
Description: You can use your domain name

Tap Next to verify the account.
Once set up, both your Exchange contacts and calendar will be visible and synced in the iOS Contacts and Calendar apps.
